This venue is incredibly clean, with accommodating staff and pet-friendly facilities in roomy and well-equipped units.

Great base for overnight stay in Baldock. Huge and cosy units with very comfortable bed, the device, a good wardrobe, efficient employees. Location short walk to the services, and garden area. Also, near to shops. Early check-in, parking close to hotel. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

Entrance hard to find at night. Sufficient small towels but only 1 large towel for 2 people

The units were tastefully decorated. the staff were incredibly nice and exceptionally kind people on the shift. the location was fab - really close to cafes, shops, a shopping complex, and all the restaurants on the services.

Yes the location and rate was ideal for me to get to my work in the morning. I had to request a change to the room due to window lock not working. The soap dispenser in the room was not working. Overall the stay was pleasant and the local amenities and range of food places was ideal.

I was satisfied with their staffs in assisting to know about the north U.K. As a foreigner,we always used taxi services to go to city or airport. there is no rent car facility and in-house cooking rooms & restaurant. the best benefits was a moderate room rate.
